Ryder is hiring an Inventory Manager in Victorville, CA to oversee daily inventory costs, cycle counts, and control systems in a fast-paced warehousing environment. You will support Operations and drive improvements in KPIs, safety, and quality while coordinating with supervisors and clerks.

The role requires a strong background in inventory, supervision, and ERP/WMS concepts, with exposure to Lean practices and OSHA standards.

Competenze

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Three or more years manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience.
• Two or more years supervisory experience.
• Three or more years PC inventory and accounting skills.
• Three or more years problem solving experience; formal Root Cause Countermeasure systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA required intermediate.
• DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required depending on account.
• APICS certified intermediate preferred.

Mansioni

• Track day-to-day facility inventory costs and support KPI targets.
• Maintain daily inventory KPI reports.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems for current and future needs.
• Manage cycle count and inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle programs.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and office personnel.
• Facilitate and execute the hold process for local site.
• Support employee development and conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead daily communications and shift meetings for the team.
