Job summary

Ryder Chambersburg, PA is hiring an Inventory Supervisor (2nd shift) to oversee material tracking, cycle counts, and warehousing operations in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and involves maintaining KPI data and supporting floor operations.

The position requires at least 2 years in inventory and supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with WMS and lean principles.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in manufacturing/distribution inventory.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience.
• PC inventory and accounting skills required.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPI reporting for safety, quality, productivity.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems.
• Manage cycle count program and the inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and staff.
• Facilitate and execute the hold process for local site.
• Track day-to-day facility inventory costs and communicate results.
