Job summary

NOLA Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to plan and manage the facility's inventory, including purchasing, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment. You will drive the inventory program and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.

You will lead a team, conduct regular cycle counts and audits, collaborate with operations and sales, ensure compliance with state medical marijuana rules, and reduce waste through efficient ordering.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Able to learn new software and systems.
• Able to communicate effectively with NCCO Team.
• Capable of leading and supervising a small team.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Implements an inventory tracking system for receiving shipments.
• Leads a team of inventory staff including receiving and purchasing.
• Conducts regular cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies.
• Performs daily/weekly inventory audits and reporting.
• Collaborates with operations to keep stock organized and updated.
• Coordinates deliveries and works with sales and transport teams.
• Reduces loss through efficient ordering and waste reduction.
