Cresco Labs (US) is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to join our warehouse team. You will oversee daily and periodic cycle counts across cultivation, WIP, bulk and finished goods, ensuring accurate, auditable inventory in our systems and vaults.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain precision and timely customer order fulfillment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, training of staff, and adherence to state regulations while supporting continuous improvements in

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a factory or manufacturing environment with measurable goals.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior staff preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods in electronic systems.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts of all locations and document findings.
• Conduct annual cycle counts and summarize findings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transfers.
• Assist in reconciliation with other departments and prevent errors.
• Support audits by state officials or third-party auditors.
