Proper Cannabis in Missouri is seeking a Retail Inventory Lead to oversee inventory tracking, audits, and replenishment for the dispensary. You will ensure accurate stock levels, verify product data across Dutchie and METRC, and coordinate with the Retail Inventory Manager to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires knowledge of Missouri cannabis laws, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Count and reconcile inventory on a regular basis.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations daily/weekly/monthly.
• Maintain organized vault and inventory spaces for cannabis products.
• Validate product data between systems (Dutchie and METRC) daily.
• Coordinate with Retail Inventory Manager on issues and discrepancies.
• Receive deliveries and input into systems; prep for deliveries.
• Update product masters and store menu; ensure compliance displays.
• Assist with front desk duties and fulfillment as needed.
