Gasser Chair Company, Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Lead to own daily warehouse operations, ensure material accuracy, and manage staging within the ERP system. You will lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Receiving, Engineering, and Quality. The role requires safe operation of forklifts and active collaboration across departments to resolve inventory issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related training preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience using an ERP or inventory-management system.
• Forklift experience and ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized warehouse for raw materials and purchased parts.
• Manage storage locations, rack/bin IDs, and staging areas.
• Ensure accurate ERP inventory movements and cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with receiving and material handling as needed.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment.
