Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years Distribution and Inventory/Warehousing experience
• Previous lead experience
• Strong knowledge of WMS system (Oracle)
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience across plant functions (assembly, warehouse ops, material handling).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Eng/Quality/Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts of inventory assets.
• Investigate and reconcile cycle count discrepancies (shortages/overages).
• Maintain organized inventory storage and material handling.
• Implement and update inventory control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Guide employees toward inventory objectives and suggest improvements.
• Authorize warehouse inventory adjustments.
• Supervise material handlers and production support staff.
