Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Lead to supervise indirect materials and related staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will oversee daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory control while coordinating with multiple departments to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in distribution/warehousing with leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Oracle WMS. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in distribution or warehousing with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle WMS system.
• Previous lead experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts.
• Investigate and reconcile cycle count discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to support organizational goals.
• Authorize adjustments to warehouse inventory.
• Supervise material handlers and staff, evaluating performance.
