Stored Energy Systems in Longmont, CO is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to own inventory accuracy and control programs across warehouse and manufacturing locations. The role manages cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations, partnering with Finance, Planning, and Purchasing to drive corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in inventory control, strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on reducing discrepancies and improving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or related operations.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, physical inventories, and ERP transactions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and control processes across locations.
• Develop, monitor, and improve cycle-count programs and ABC classifications.
• Coordinate physical inventories, audits, and variance investigations.
• Review ERP transactions for accuracy and drive corrections.
• Serve as inventory expert for Finance on discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Lead E&O inventory reviews and cross-functional actions.
• Train and guide staff on cycle-count procedures and controls.
• Develop reporting on inventory metrics and communicate risks.
