Job summary

Airlite Plastics, an Omaha-based manufacturer, is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead labor teams, manage finished goods inventory, and ensure accurate ERP-based records. You will drive cycle counts, improve processes, and collaborate with warehouse staff to meet on-time delivery goals.

The role requires prior inventory control experience in manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of experience in an inventory control, warehousing or a related field in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel skills needed.
• Previous experience leading teams is required.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft suite and ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned teams through daily operational tasks and success measures.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and FIFO and other inventory control methods.
• Oversee receiving, inventory storage, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order picking and shipping.
• Generate regular inventory reports and identify process improvements.
