Alo in Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory accuracy, governance, and audit readiness at the distribution center. You will drive cycle counting, reconciliations, and process improvements, partnering with Operations, Finance, and 3PL to protect assets and optimize performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in inventory management, with at least 3 years in leadership; experience with automation and WMS/ERP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in inventory management or supply chain ops; 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with automation and robotics environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient in WMS and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own inventory accuracy, integrity, and compliance for the distribution center.
• Lead and develop the Inventory Control team with accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Manage cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, and audit readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, SOPs, internal controls, and governance requirements.
• Identify inventory risks, investigate discrepancies, and drive root-cause actions.
• Monitor inventory health, financial exposure, and KPIs; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Systems, Engineering, Quality, and 3PL partners.
• Support network initiatives, system implementations, and process changes impacting inventory management.
• Serve as site SME and escalation point for inventory issues.
