Job summary

Stolle Machinery Co., LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our Centennial site. You will manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and material control processes across a high‑mix manufacturing environment with 70,000 SKUs and $40–60 million in inventory value.

You will directly supervise Inventory Control Technicians and own the inventory control systems, policies, and metrics, ensuring audit readiness and strong cross‑functional collaboration with Receiving, Production,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations.
• ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Epicor) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand part numbering conventions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop Inventory Control Technicians and establish standard work.
• Own cycle count program, ABC classification, tolerances and reconciliations.
• Review and document inventory adjustments in line with internal controls and audits.
• Lead root cause investigations into discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Support ERP changes with IT, Finance, and Operations and develop dashboards.
