Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, or logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead daily inventory-control activities including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy across factory, warehouse, offsite locations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in quantities, locations, lot/serial numbers, and ERP transactions.
• Perform and review advanced ERP inventory transactions to ensure accurate material movement and put-away.
• Develop and improve cycle-count procedures and related documentation.
• Analyze inventory trends and implement preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support audits and maintain audit-ready records and controls.
