Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant Manager to lead the on-site IC team and ensure inventory integrity across distribution centers. You will drive reporting, audit compliance, and collaborate with DC operations to optimize processes.

You will manage daily activities, support training and performance reviews, and build strong cross-functional relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and WMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Leadership experience and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and prioritize daily IC team activities.
• Ensure reporting and audits are completed accurately.
• Reconcile employee time records daily.
• Interview, hire, and train IC team members with HR.
• Lead performance management and reviews.
• Conduct daily standup meetings.
