Job summary

Tellworks Communications LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Area Supervisor to lead daily inventory control activities in a high-volume distribution center. You will supervise associates, verify inventory accuracy, and drive corrective actions with Operations and IC leadership to ensure timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on inventory control experience, strong analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to build a culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with inventory control experience.
• Ability to use data to identify issues and drive actions.
• Experience with cycle counts, audits, variances, and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates performing inventory control functions and cycle counts.
• Support daily execution of inventory control policies and performance expectations.
• Lead efforts to verify inventory accuracy through counts and audits.
• Research variances and partner with Operations to drive corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory control metrics to meet internal and customer expectations.
• Use WMS data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Operations to understand inventory impacts across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and moves.
• Prepare and justify inventory adjustments with documentation and root-cause analysis.
