Job summary

Stitch Fix, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Group Leader to own inventory accuracy and availability within our fulfillment center.

You will serve as the site expert, partner with Finance, Merchandising, and HQ Inventory Control to improve inventory health, reduce shrink, and strengthen processes. You will lead inventory control activities, manage a team of associates, investigate discrepancies, and drive cross-functional improvements that impact operations and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory control, inventory management, or fulfillment/warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, audits, and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Looker, WMS, and inventory reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control activities, including cycle counting and audits.
• Manage a team of inventory control associates within the facility.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes of shrink, implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory governance with Finance and Accounting and ensure SOX compliance.
• Analyze inventory data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve health and accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional partners to improve processes and inventory availability.
