Stitch Fix is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP/T&E team within the Finance organization. You will balance accounting integrity with business practicality, overseeing vendor relations, travel and business expenses, and master vendor data in a highly cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in AP leadership, 4+ years of supervisory experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 10+ years of work experience with solid background in managing accounts payable functions.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience leading hourly and salaried staff.
• Extensive experience with financial reporting systems, ERP implementations, and SOX compliance.
• Strong systems acumen and ability to drive decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team including supervisors and staff.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Merchandising, Engineering, and IT to implement system updates for new initiatives.
• Manage travel and expense (T&E) activities and master vendor data.
• Oversee AP processes across procure-to-pay lifecycle and 3-way matching.
• Maintain timely payments and conduct account reconciliations; resolve vendor inquiries.
• Produce analyses and presentations for internal audits and tax filings.
• Develop metrics to monitor AP volume and efficiency and drive process improvements.
