Job summary

Stitch Fix is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, partner with the Operations Manager, and drive site-wide initiatives. You will oversee planning, execution, and continuous improvement to meet company goals while maintaining a culture of accountability and growth.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in warehouse/manufacturing, proficiency with MS Office or G Suite, and flexible scheduling including potential nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• Experience setting operational performance standards and aligning with network goals.
• Willing to work outside standard hours including nights/weekends.
• Must be available to work Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors, process leads, and warehouse associates to achieve goals.
• Support strategic planning and execution of department and site-wide initiatives.
• Analyze daily operational performance and identify trends to inform decisions.
• Partner across sites to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Onboard and support new hires and cross-training to ensure successful integration.
