Job summary

Stitch Fix, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Group Leader to own inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability within the fulfillment center.

You will be the site expert, partnering with Finance, Merchandising, Systems, and HQ Inventory Control to improve health, reduce shrink, and strengthen processes. You will lead a team of inventory control associates, drive KPI-based performance, and utilize WMS, Excel, Looker, and AI-enabled tools to optimize operations and support SOX compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, management, or fulfillment operations with team leadership.
• Experience with reconciliation, cycle counting, audits, and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Looker, WMS, and inventory reporting tools.
• Able to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with AI tools or technologies that support analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control activities: cycle counting, reconciliation, audits.
• Manage a team of inventory control associates.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory governance, SOX compliance, and audits with Finance.
• Analyze inventory data, monitor KPIs, improve health and accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
