Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value and appreciate the customer.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, transfers, and perform required inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Partner with the Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
