Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will handle receiving, adjustments, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to company standards, and operating forklifts and related equipment as needed, with shifts varying by store requirements.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
