Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Clerk in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on reconciling and verifying inventory, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate cycle counts using SAP and Topex.

The position requires experience in warehousing, cycle counting, and leadership within a fast-paced logistics environment. Key duties include data entry into customer and WM systems, data analysis in Excel, and training associates while monitoring

Qualifications

1-3 years warehousing experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
Experience with barcode systems and warehouse processes.
Knowledge of SAP inventory systems and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

Reconcile/verify raw and finished goods inventory for accuracy.
Enter data into the customer system and WM system for records.
Analyze data in Excel for root-cause and reporting.
Monitor SAP IDOC transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
Assist training and mentoring of associates; oversee performance.
Report unsafe conditions and participate in corrective actions.
