Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock and emergency purchasing, reports, vendor stock and core returns, order levels, receiving and related functions.
• Run and update PACCAR reports, input all stock orders and assist with emergency orders daily.
• Keep prices current; monitor and process credits and shipping authorizations.
• Files departmental paperwork; assist Parts Manager with cycle counts and annual inventory.
