The role includes stock upkeep, purchase reporting, price updates, and handling credits. A high school diploma and 2 years of office experience are preferred, along with strong organization and communication skills. On-site, full-time position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; clearly legible handwriting.
• 2 years general office experience with understanding of office procedures, basic accounting.
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading and Freight preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information.

Aufgaben

• Assist with stock and emergency purchasing, reports, vendor stock and core returns, order levels, receiving and related functions.
• Run and update PACCAR reports, input all stock orders and assist with emergency orders daily.
• Keep prices current.
• Monitor and process credits, RMA's outstanding and shipping authorizations.
• Files departmental paperwork.
• Assist Parts Manager with special projects, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory count.
• Maintain good communications with team members to minimize mistakes and maximize teamwork.
