Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support cycle counts, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation across multiple facilities. You will work with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate stock levels for materials, tools, and parts in the warehouse, yard, or stockroom.

The role emphasizes hands‑on inventory tasks, data entry accuracy, and collaboration with transportation and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of inventory control/warehouse experience.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, EPJ or cherry picker/order picker.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and bin location audits.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Input inventory data accurately to maintain integrity.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Travel to other facilities as needed and maintain reliable transportation.
• Work with RF Gun or Tablet for inventory tasks (80%+).
