Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the 2nd shift in Forney, Texas. The role involves cycle counts, data entry, and reconciling inventory discrepancies, with duties performed primarily in the warehouse using RF devices.

You will ensure accuracy, assist inventory supervisor, and may travel to other RJW facilities. The position offers 401(k)/benefits and an employee ownership program though the latter details are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–3 months related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating power equipment (Reach Truck, EPJ, cherry picker/order picker).
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical counts of inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Counts and reconciles items/locations daily.
• Inputs inventory data to ensure integrity and prepares documentation.
• Traces item history to identify discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.
• Clerks may travel to assist at other facilities as needed.
