Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to perform cycle counts, audits, and data reconciliation in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with the Inventory Supervisor.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, experience with warehouse operations, and familiarity with RF devices and WMS systems. Benefits include attendance and referral bonuses, among others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and write emails; basic business communication.
• Forklift certification a plus; experience operating power equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical counts of inventory items to maintain accuracy.
• Counts and reconciles chosen part numbers/locations daily.
• Inputs inventory data to ensure integrity; completes documentation accurately.
• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies and advises remedial actions.
• Spends 80%+ of time in warehouse using RF Gun or Tablet; 20% at computer terminal.
• Clerks may travel to other facilities as needed; reliable transportation required.
