Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our Bolingbrook warehouse. The role includes cycle counts, bin audits, and reconciling discrepancies with the Inventory Supervisor.

You will operate a forklift/pallet equipment and use WMS Synapse, Excel, and Outlook daily. We offer strong attendance and referral bonuses, an Employee Ownership Program, and a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm shift with a starting pay of $20 per hour plus incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months inventory control experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Experience operating forklift and cherry picker/high lift is a plus.
• Experience with WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and bin location audits.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies with supervisor.
• Input inventory data accurately and document thoroughly.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in stockroom duties.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
