Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the 2nd shift to perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 months in inventory control and warehouse work, plus experience with Reach Truck/Cherry Picker and WMS (Synapse preferred). Strong attention to detail and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–3 months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating power equipment such as Reach Truck, EPJ and/or cherry picker/order picker.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical counts of inventory items to maintain accuracy.
• Counts and reconciles random counts of part numbers/locations daily.
• Inputs inventory data to ensure integrity and proper documentation.
• Traces item history to resolve inventory discrepancies and suggests remedial actions.
• Spends 80% of time in warehouse using RF Gun/tablet; 20% at a computer terminal.
• Clerks may travel to other facilities; reliable transportation required.
