BioLegend, Inc., a division of Revvity, is seeking a Materials Specialist to optimize inventory control in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, planning, and quality teams.

The candidate will perform ERP-based counts, reconcile variances, and create SOPs to standardize material handling while mentoring junior staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inventory control experience.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Transfer materials for internal use and inventory needs.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories for components and finish goods; manage transfer requests.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments in the ERP system.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and document processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions; standardize procedures.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Inventory team members.
• Audit inventory control procedures for ISO compliance and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to resolve issues.
