Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Material Specialist II in San Diego to maintain material and inventory across warehouse and lab operations. You will manage the Perfect Pick system, perform data entry, and contribute to ERP accuracy.

You will work with Packaging, Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, and Receiving teams, ensuring SOPs are followed and KPI metrics tracked for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lab experience.
• 2 years of inventory control experience.
• Experience in ISO13485/MDSAP/FDA environments.
• Experience working under aseptic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP and Perfect Pick.
• Perform data entry to document material transactions.
• Carry out cycle counts and adjust inventories.
• Coordinate with Packaging, CS, Planning and Receiving/Shipping teams.
