Job summary

BioLegend, a division of Revvity, Inc., is seeking a Materials Specialist in San Diego to maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with manufacturing, planning, QC, and shipping teams. The role focuses on inventory management, data entry in ERP/MRP, SOP/WI creation, and cycle counts to improve accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced lab and warehouse environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in warehouse/inventory control, HS diploma, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse operations experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials for internal use and inventory needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for components and finished goods.
• Perform inventory counts and ERP adjustments.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and document processes.
