Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Connecticut for an on-site role. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain accuracy to support daily order processing.

The position requires 2–5 years of experience, forklift experience preferred, and familiarity with sales order software (Oracle). You will join a team that values safety, quality, and efficiency, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies; ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy; follow up on previous inventory adjustments; complete and review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receive products from vendors to check for quality; communicate potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
