Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. in Orlando, FL is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to join our on-site operations. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels across our distribution network.

The role emphasizes safety, quality checks, and timely communication with buyers and vendors. A 2–5 year track record in inventory control, forklift experience, and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.
• Ability to audit inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• 2-5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies; ensure internal control procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; follow up on adjustments and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables and allocate reviews.
• Receive products from vendors; report quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory manuals.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and follow safety policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
