Job summary

White Cap seeks an Inventory Control Associate to audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy across daily order processing. You will ensure internal controls and quality standards while supporting vendor receipts and product quality checks.

The role requires up to 50 pounds lifting, adherence to safety policies, and willingness to perform other duties as assigned. Spanish proficiency is a plus, and Oracle experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments.
• Perform cycle counts and reviews.

An Inventory Control Associate at White Cap…

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.

• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
