Job summary

White Cap Management LLC in Goodyear, AZ is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to audit inventory, support daily order processing, and maintain accurate stock records. You will help ensure quality and process integrity across the supply chain.

We value 2–5 years of relevant experience, forklift familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Oracle experience and Spanish language skills are a plus as we grow our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and audits.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or warehousing.
• Forklift experience preferred and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Oracle software and sales order processing is a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, discrepancies, and adjustments; ensure internal controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete follow up on adjustments.
• Manage time control tables, allocations, and reviews.
• Receive products from vendors and check quality; report issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory manuals and safety procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; perform other duties as assigned.

An Inventory Control Associate at White Cap...

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
