White Cap is hiring an Inventory Control Associate for on-site work in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves auditing inventory, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accuracy across cycles.

The ideal candidate will handle vendor receipt checks, safety procedures, and follow internal controls while contributing to a productive warehouse environment. Preferred qualifications include forklift/reach truck experience, Spanish language skills, and familiarity with Oracle software.

Responsabilidades

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies; ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; follow up on previous adjustments; complete and review cycle counts.
• Receive products from vendors to check quality; communicate quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

An Inventory Control Associate at White Cap...

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
