Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and analysis at the Guaynabo, PR facility. You will support daily inventory control, investigate variances, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

This role reports to the Plant Manager and requires collaboration with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Demand Planning. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a related field, have inventory management experience, and are proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience in inventory management, inventory control, or inventory analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory control for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, packaging, and ingredients.
Reconcile variances, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure ERP transactions are recorded accurately and SOPs followed.
Support audits, year-end counts, and cross-functional collaboration for improvements.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning to improve accuracy.
