Job summary

People Talent Acquisition seeks an Inventory Analyst in Puerto Rico to manage shipment documentation, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation. The role supports tax compliance, audits, and accurate recording of purchases and inventory costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business Admin with Accounting/Finance, 2+ years in a related field, and strong Excel/Office skills, plus bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and import processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment releases and submit required documentation to freight carriers.
• Process invoice payments once reviewed and approved.
• Handle Sales and Use Tax (SUT) payments related to imports and shipment declarations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure purchase orders are recorded and accounted for.
• Reconcile inventory and freight invoices against warehouse receipts.
• Conduct periodic audits of cycle-counted, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to the professional development plan during performance reviews.
