Job summary

Ardent Mills in Guaynabo, PR is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will investigate variances, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics). Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, materials management, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory management, inventory control, or inventory analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics GP/365 or similar.
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory control processes for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, packaging materials, and ingredients.
• Reconcile, analyze, investigate, and explain daily inventory variances.
• Analyze inventory trends and develop recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Audit and approve inventory write-offs with proper documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory analyses and trend reporting.
• Coordinate annual raw material weigh-ups and verification activities.
