• ERP Management: Monitor and complete daily production consumption and batch closeouts within the ERP system.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance to align records and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Floor Support: Assist with physical material flow to production and perform manual inventory movement as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and support cost-of-goods-sold audits.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities follow food safety and HACCP protocols.

You will be the primary owner of ERP inventory transactions, ensuring our data is accurate, timely, and auditable while providing hands-on support on the production floor.
