Job summary

1X is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in San Carlos to own inventory integrity across manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will drive accuracy through audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements that support production, logistics, and supply chain teams as we scale robot manufacturing.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory control, strong analytics, ERP experience, and ability to build dashboards. Compensation ranges provided; equity offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
• Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain world-class inventory accuracy through cycle count execution, variance reconciliation, and continuous monitoring.
• Reduce inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions that improve inventory control processes.
• Deliver timely reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into inventory health, adjustments, shrinkage, and operational trends.
• Ensure Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), excess and obsolete inventory, and material dispositions are executed accurately with minimal operational disruption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to improve inventory processes and support scalable operations.
