Job summary

1X is hiring an Inventory Control Analyst in San Carlos, CA to own inventory integrity across manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will drive accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting, enabling informed decisions across production, logistics and finance.

You will leverage ERP systems and BI tools to reduce discrepancies, support ECOs, and improve inventory processes as we scale robotics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
• Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics tools.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of inventory across 1X's manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy through analysis, auditing, reporting, and process improvements.
• Deliver timely reporting and dashboards that show inventory health, adjustments, shrinkage, and trends.
• Ensure ECOs, excess/obsolete inventory, and material dispositions are executed with minimal disruption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to improve inventory processes.
