Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience running an inventory, lab warehouse, or storeroom operation.
• Proficient with inventory management software and comfortable building a system from scratch.
• Strong organizational skills and experience building labeling schemes, bins, and SOPs.
• Comfortable with on-the-floor tasks like receiving, counting, moving and organizing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an organization system for all physical assets: tools, test equipment, prototyping parts, cables, transceivers, consumables, and general lab supplies.
• Build and maintain a part-numbering and location scheme for inventory; establish clear bins, shelves, and zones across the facility.
• Own the inventory management system of record.
• Track calibration and maintenance schedules for tool equipment that requires it; flag items due for service.
• Identify chronic shortages and work with the team to right-size stock levels.
• Manage reorders for consumables, prototyping materials, cables, and office/lab supplies.
