Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking an Inventory Controller to support production schedules and optimize inventory for robot manufacturing lines. The role focuses on accuracy, replenishment, and efficient material flow within a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing, experience with MRP systems, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. The position is onsite at our Salem, OR office, with a comprehensive rewards package available to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2+ years in warehouse/stocking.
• Experience using MRP systems to transact, counts, picking, and generating reports.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and perform warehouse operations safely.
• Ability to evaluate processes and workflow and make recommendations for improvement.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and handle small parts with manual dexterity.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Pick, stage, and deliver items to production bins used in assembly cells.
• Perform bin replenishments for production bins and adjust inventory locations.
• Use ERP software to track inventory and perform counts.
• Put away inbound inventory in designated locations.
• Conduct daily Kanban replenishment and initiate reorders to maintain consumables.
• Improve organization and labeling of inventory bins in the stockroom.
• Assist with labeling for electronic inventory scan gun usage.
