Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to optimize inventory accuracy and reporting across multi-site electronics prototyping and manufacturing. The role partners with planning, procurement, production, and logistics to drive data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in inventory management, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel skills to deliver KPI-driven insights and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
2–7 years in inventory management or supply chain analytics.
Strong ERP/MRP experience with SAP or Oracle.
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Lean methodologies experience.
Experience with NPI and prototyping logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile inventory across global sites to meet production needs while minimizing costs.
Lead continuous improvement projects to improve inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
Identify discrepancies, slow-moving items, and shortages proactively.
Manage excess, obsolete, and end-of-life material per policy.
Generate inventory performance reports with KPIs like Inventory Turns and Days on Hand.
Collaborate with IT to enhance ERP/MRP functionality and reporting.
Support NPI inventory readiness and EOL material management.
Ensure on-time delivery with customer and program management.
