Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Front of House to manage a team delivering superior customer experiences in a cannabis retail setting. You will lead training programs, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive performance across the store’s operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement, strong leadership, and collaboration with managers to meet sales and KPI targets while maintaining optimal staff scheduling and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• Store leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service related field.
• Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer experience standards and foster a customer-oriented culture.
• Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business.
• Work with Managers to exceed sales volume and KPI goals.
• Assist with staffing and payroll planning with cross-divisional managers.
• Comply with and audit cash procedures for deposits and daily cash reconciliation.
• Supervise the check-in/camera team ensuring safety and upkeep of the dispensary.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and current menu availability.
• Deliver day-to-day operations and strategic direction to the store team.
• Collaborate with Managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Educate staff on corporate processes and SOPs; provide ongoing training.
