Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage execution.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries in-store, handles One Box receiving, and contacts vendors for past undelivered receipts.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments posted for products received; completes inventory postings and reports shortages or damaged items.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end process for planogrammed departments and manages returns and disposals.
• Maintains inventory counts and pricing accuracy; supports front-end and pharmacy ordering and price changes.
