Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a store inventory associate to execute and monitor inventory best practices for both front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy to ensure On-Shelf Availability.

In addition, you’ll review reports and system applications to maintain accurate on-hand balances and assist with pricing tasks, recalls, and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience with Walgreens or one year in a retail setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Maintain On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and planograms accuracy.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Assist in pricing changes and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Assist with front end and pharmacy ordering and stock management.
• Open/close store duties and cash handling as needed in designated stores.
