Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail work experience or Walgreens experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering and returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability, validate planograms and price accuracy.
• Review reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances.
• Open/close store as needed and handle cash and POS responsibilities in designated shifts.
• Engage customers, resolve issues and model service best practices to deliver a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes; receive orders and manage deliveries.
• Post pharmacy shipments and complete inventory postings and recalls as required.
